The Rule of
China (Regalland) Olive Oil Club
Mission
China (Regalland) Olive Oil Club (for short, club) is initiated and organized by Beijing Regalland Exhibition and Convention Company. The purpose of this club is to spread the knowledge and culture about olive oil, to benefit both physiological and psychological for members and also to share some experience for seeking wealth and establish the cooperation opportunities.
Article 1 Objective
Section 1 Club will invite officers, experts, distributors, producers, merchants, consumers, media journalists in olive oil industry from domestic and overseas, and the person from other industries, which relate with nutrition, health care, beauty and gourmet as members. It will be a platform to understand, communicate and cooperate among people in this industry, consumers and people from other related industries.
Section 2 This club is aim to build a healthy, orderly, fully communication and multi-cooperation industry environment and an interactive mechanism to improve communication, develop cooperation, increase knowledge and culture contents by the supporting and participation from members. It also aims to build a communication channel for government, media and public. Club shall offer professional service with multi-function and multi-level.
Article 2 Organization Structure
Section 1 Club office shall consist of committee and secretariat.
Section 2 Club committee shall consist of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Director, Treasurer and consultant.
Section 3 According to actual needs, the club has right to hire industrial or social experts, scholars or entrepreneurs with good reputation, rich experience to be the consultant of club.
Section 4 The secretariat shall provide full services and liaison to the club. It shall consist of public liaison office, information service office and business development office.
Article 3 Club function and service
Section 1 Convey information: Club shall send Email about “Olive Oil Club News” irregularly to every member. It will provide the information about industry news, related research articles and activities from domestic and oversea. Club also may provide consultant services including market research and investment consultant for members.
Section 2 Communication channel: Club is regard as a communication channel among members, members between government, specialized institutions, media and experts. It shall aid domestic and oversea members to build directly relations. Members could show their opinions through seminars and autoptical activities. To make suggestions to the concerned government department and institutions in the name of club to promote the quick communication.
Section 3 Consultant service：Club may offer related consultant services to the members through other members and the sound cooperation relation with concerned government departments, industry organizations, concerned media and experts, to help members handle the technical, capital problem and satisfy their cooperation needs. It also could promote members and organizations according their needs.
Section 4 Communication platform：club shall set up an internet forum. Club shall organize study, tasting, seminar and visiting activities, to share comestible experience and promote the business and trade cooperation.
Section 5 Business secretary：Club could offer following service: arranging professional exhibition and business trip, interpret, secretary service, hotel and flight booking.
Article 4 Membership
Section 1 Members are from：
l Experts, enterprise and academic organization in olive oil industry from domestic and oversea;
l Distributors, merchants and marketing and consultant companies;
l Olive oil consumers and interesting people.
l Personal, enterprise and organization that relate to olive oil industry.
l According to the members’ requirement, the club will also invite other parties, including domestic and foreign chamber of commerce, investment organization, domestic and foreign concerned government departments, local governments and concerned organization.
Section 2 Membership qualification: Applicants must complete the application form, and submit it with a copy of personal ID or business license and the registration fee to the secretariat. Membership shall be conferred upon payment of an annual membership fee and the audit by the secretariat.
Section 3 Membership Kinds：This club shall have two kinds of membership, namely: individual membership and enterprise membership.
Article 5 Benefits for Member
Section1 Individual membership benefit：
Aperiodically receiving “Olive Oil Club news”;
Has the right to log in ‘Olive oil club’ website, to post personal opinions and suggestions;
Attending meetings, tasting and training course, visiting activities. The activities fee will base on the actual expense.
Gaining the market research and consultant services. The consultant fee will base on the actual requirements.
Section 2 Enterprise membership enjoy the individual membership benefits, also enjoy the following benefits:
Has the priority to apply ‘XX sponsor’ to attend the related activities organized by club.
Post 1-3 free messages about cooperation or investment opportunities on the club website.
Display the image of the company and the logo link on the website for free.
Publish enterprise information on the “Olive Oil Club news” for free.
Article 6 Membership Registration Fee
Section 1 This club is a non-profit organization. Registration fee will cover basic services and activities cost. It will be paid annually, and shall be paid one month prior to the entry
Section 2 Registration fee schedule:
Individual membership: 100 Euro annually，which not include special activities and services expense.
Enterprise membership:1000 Euro annually, which not include special activities and services expense.
Article 7 Member’s obligation
Section 1 Members have to comply with the club rules and protect the lawful rights and interests of the club;
Section 2 Members shall provide real personal and company information.
Section 3 Members shall actively participate in the activities organized by the club;
Section 4 Members shall paid membership fee；
Section 5 Members shall make suggestions for improving club performance.
Article 8 Additions
Section 1 Amendments to the rule shall initiate by the requirement for the developing and running this club.
Section 2 The other details about the rule do not included in this rule will be added or informed later.
Section 3 The Club holds the right of interpreting the rule.
