5.3 Hygiene index
The hygiene index is implemented according to GB 2716 and related national standards and requirements.
5.4 Authenticity requirements
No other edible oil or non-edible oil should be found in the olive oil and olive-pomace oil, and no essence or flavouring should be added to them.
5.5 Food additives
No additives shall be added to the virgin olive oils.
The α- tocopherol is allowed in Refined olive oil, Blended olive oil, Refined olive-pomace oil and Blended olive-pomace oil, but the maximum consistency is not more than 200 mg/ kg.
